What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected subject, message, and the consent you give before sending. Limited technical information may also be processed to prevent spam.
Why we use it
We use this information only to receive, understand, and respond to your message when needed. Sending a message does not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your information.
How the message is delivered
The form uses FormSubmit to route your message to the library inbox. According to its documentation, FormSubmit may retain a temporary copy of submissions for up to 30 days. It may also use automated anti-spam measures.
How long we keep correspondence
The library keeps correspondence in its mailbox only as long as needed to respond, preserve useful context for a collaboration or correction, and meet applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion when retention is no longer necessary.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not currently use an analytics platform or advertising cookies placed by the library. The contact form's anti-spam service may process technical information when you submit it.
